China Oil Resources Holdings Limited (formerly "Wing Shing International Holdings Limited") was founded by the Poon's brothers in March 1987, and subsequently listed in The Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 November 2002.

The Group is principally engaged in (i) natural resources exploitation; (ii) manufacture and sale of plastic colorants, paints and blended solvents; and (iii) trading of chemical materials.  Over the years, the Group has maintained a steady growth in core business and at the same time continuously carried out various reforms and developed upstream oil exploitation industries, high-tech nano-solvent research and development ventures.

Under its professional team of management, the Group has successfully deployed the optimal business strategies especially in the areas of product development, market share acquisition and customer relationship management, which in turn reinforced its leading edge in the industry and enhanced its customers' recognition.

The Group has also achieved external expansion through pro-active business acquisitions, resulting in fast increase in its production capacity and extending distribution channels.  Up to 31 August 2007, the Group has 20 subsidiaries and over 600 staff in Hong Kong and China.  The Group will continuously expand to fit for the future development.
